We are only accepting orders from within the United States at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Processing Times

  • Most orders are processed within 3 business days. If a product has a longer processing time, it will be noted in the product details.

  • Personalized items take longer to create. Please allow additional processing time for these orders. 

  • Processing times may take a little longer during holidays.

Shipping

  • $8 flat-rate US shipping on orders under $100

  • FREE shipping on orders $100 and over!

  • A tracking number will be emailed once a package has shipped. 

  • We cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or wrongly delivered packages.

Returns

  • Personalized and Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Items must be returned with original tags, unused, unworn and unwashed with no makeup stains, odors or pet stains.  
  • Due to ever-changing inventory, we can not hold or guarantee an item. If an exchange is wanted, please place an order for the new item and return the original purchase. 
  • All refunds must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order date.
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • Include your original receipt in the return package.
  • Return for a Refund - refund amounts are credited to the original form of payment
  • Return for a Store Credit - Get 10% off your next order. Refunds for store credit will be issued as Gift Card that will be sent via email.
